Generation Fire is an army of people - a generation who seek his face like jacob Ps 24:6 who are called by God to carry and spread the fire of God - lighting fires across cities and nations.
We have 4 areas in which we find expression- (The Apostolic, Prophetic , Prayer movement & Justice)
The 2 key verses that god has given the movement are Ezekiel 10:2 Tell the man in Linen to go to the cherubim and with your bare hands take a handful of burning coals of fire and scatter them across the city.
The other verse is Luke 12:49 Jesus said I have come to bring Fire to the earth and how I wish it were blazing already.
The logo- presents a picture of god holding the world in the palm of his hand - consumed by the fire and glory of God.
This picture speaks of the coming Firestorm of the holy spirit.
The actual prophetic word that has been spoken over this movement relates to a vision of what look like an army of youth mounted on horses - abit like the Australian Lighthorse ready to mount a charge, but this army was consumed by liquid flames ( Fire and Glory)
And call was given - Call forth a generation who would be carriers of my fire and presence a generation of fire.
This a call coming from the heart of Jesus through the Holy spirit - to see the nations baptised with the holy spirit and fire. His desire to see raised up those called to be Fire Starters - mobilised teams of people who burn for Jesus moving from place to place seeing and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, healing the sick, seeing and speaking release of the fire of God over the church and nations.
